Admission Requirements
1. Accomplished Application Form (from the Registrar's Office)
2. Original and Photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate 3. Photocopy of Baptismal
Certificate for Roman Catholics 4. Report Card / Checklist for Grade 1 enrollees
5. Learner's Report Card (SF 9) with WGA of atleast 80% with indicated Learner Reference Number (LRN)
6. Good Moral Certificate and Recommendation letter to be completed by the previous school (for Grades 4 to 10)
7.2 pieces of recent 1x1 pictures (colored with white background)
Purchasing of Books and School Supplies
Purchasing of Books and School Supplies
1. Proceed to the book and school supieies purchasing area.
2. Check available items to purchase for assessment.
3. Pay at the Cashiers Office for the required amount.
4. Claim the books and school supplies at the releasing area.
Purchasing of Uniforms
1. Proceed to the purchasing area for fitting and assesment
2. Pay at the Cashiers Office for the required amount.
3. Present the receipt at the School uniform releasing area. supplies
