LRC is commonly referred to as the School Library. It aids academic instruction by providing instructional materials; it also facilitates research and supplementary readings through its print, non-print, information technology materials for students teachers and other members of the school community.
The School Library is located at the 2nd Floor of the Elementary Building and during school days from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Online Database
In partnership with the World Book Online, the school provides, for extended research process, the digital from http://www.worldbookonline.com of the World Book Encyclopediaaccessible at home; and in school through the e-Library and Computer Laboratory. Students are given password so they can access the portal event at home whenever they need references for advance reading/studying.

The Following provisions shall apply in case of an overdue book:
- Home Reading Books
- Reserved Books
- Reference Books / Materials
Damaged Book/s and Library Card
Penalty for damages will be charged in accordance with this scale:
- With writing but still usable 10% of cost
- With torn pages but repairable 15% of cost
- With heavy writing pages and no longer repairable 100% of present cost
Loss of Library Borrower's Card must be reported immediately to the Librarian. A fee of PhP 30.00 shall be charge for the replacement of the borrower's card.
